Grilled Saba Fish with Zesty Lemon
This is so easy to make and effortlessly delicious because the Saba Fish(a type of Mackerel) itself is so sweet and flavorful!
4-5 Saba fish fillets
2 tbsp Japanese Soy Sauce (Terriyaki Sauce will do too)
1 tsp Mirin
1) marinate the fish in Japanese Soy Sauce and mirin for half an hour before cooking.
2) Grill the fish.
3) Flip when one side is done.
3) Serve with a dash of lemon (or two)!
I can just eat this with plain rice the whole day.:)
