Deep Fried Crispy Tofu Puffs Stuffed with Otah
This is so crispy and yummy! Credits for this dish goes to my mother-in-law who does something really ingenious with the tofu puffs… check it out!
12 Tofu puffs
Otah paste, Frozen and cubed into 12 equal parts
1) Freeze the Otah before use to make it easier to cut into cubes and manipulate later.
2) Cut a slit in the tofu puff
3) turn it inside out!
3) stuff the puffs with an Otah cube each.
4) deep fry them.
So crispy and spicy and savory!
I can’t stop eating these!
