Stir-fried Beef with Kai Lan
I love eating hot steaming rice with this dish!
200g sliced beef
1 pkt Kailan
Some ginger slices
Marinade for beef
1 egg white
1 tbsp water
Corn flour (add after the above has been absorbed well)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
Hua Diao wine
1) Stir fry half the chopped garlic till fragrant. Add the marinated beef slices and stir-fry quickly before setting aside.
2) stir-fry the ginger and remaining garlic and add kailan and seasonings. Stir-fry till nearly cooked and stir in beef slices.
3) add in Hua Tiao wine and thicken with corn flour solution.
4) stir-fry evenly and serve hot.
